Each book bag contained a folder, notebook, and one pencil box with pencils, a pencil sharpener, an eraser, a pen, and crayons.

A large assortment of book bag colors were available, for girls and boys, so everyone had a wide variety to choose from and of course show off on their first day of school!

It was clear from the start that the turquoise and black book bags were definitely the most popular.

Over 100 books bags with school supplies were handed out over the course of the day.

A big thanks to everyone at the Alderman’s Office in the 21st Ward, the U-Stor-It Self Storage team, and everyone that visited for making the Back to School event so much fun and such a pleasure. Enjoy your school year!
